  What Parkside does to help

 

PIP SCHEME    A day service for adults. Sessions can be arranged by the day or half day.

TUESDAY LUNCH CLUB     Held at Parkside. Doors open at 12 noon, lunch is served at 12.30pm and must be pre-booked.

SUPPORT WORKER      A service offering individual support for adults and children with learning disabilities, to enable them to access a wide range of social, educational and recreational activities.

TAKE A BREAK     A  service for adults with learning disabilites who live with parents of other unpaid carers. Based at APEX Centre, Fleet every Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB      For children aged 5+ years this club is held on Mondays,  3.30pm - 7.00pm.

SATURDAY CLUB      Held at Parkside for children 5+ years, 10am - 12.30pm.

TEENAGE CLUB        For teenagers with learning disablities enabling them to access a wide range of activities both on site at our centre in Guildford Road and out in the community, 1pm - 5pm

SITTING SERVICES      A service to provide respite for families who have one or more children with special needs and who are involved with the CDT at Alton.

GATEWAY CLUB      Held at Parkside for ages 19 years and upwards on Wednesday evenings 7.00pm - 9.00pm. A lively evening with a wide range of activities, sports, outings, disco etc.

SUMMER PLAYSCHEME    Held at Parkside for children aged 5 - 18 years during school summer holiday. A wide range of activities and outings. Children must be referred by Hampshire Social Services.

SENSORY SUITE      At Parkside - the Sensory Suite is open from 10.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday. Sessions must be pre booked through the Parkside office.
