Dianne: "The three charities I wanted to fundraise for offer support and help to really worthy causes. Here is a little information about them, Parkside support over 350 children and adults with physical and learning disabilities across Surrey and Hampshire. The Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. Lastly, Key Changes Music Therapy use a therapeutic approach to live music-making, registered Music Therapists help clients, of all ages, to work through emotional issues while developing self-confidence and positive ways of relating to others. Im sure you will agree that they are all worthy causes!"
